The Hibiscus Wedding includes:
- Wedding coordinator services to plan and manage your ceremony and events
- Choice of wedding location at our 18th century Sugar Mill or Mermaid Beach
- Services of a non-denominational ceremony officiate with choice of vows, including pre-wedding meeting
- One hour of professional photography and online gallery of all images. Product not included.
Add-ons available through your desired photographer - Bouquet and boutonniere, plus two additional attendants' bouquets and boutonnieres
- Satin striped table linens, floating candles and local flora
- Musical entertainment for the wedding and reception
- Reception dinner at The Brass Parrot, including hors d'oeuvres, four hour open bar, sparkling wine toast, and a

For the couple:

Your return visit is on us. The Buccaneer will provide a return stay for the couple when the wedding utilizes a minimum of 60 room nights. The return stay will be for the same number of nights and in the same category as paid for your wedding. The stay is not transferable. Buccaneer Beach House restrictions apply.
- $10,205 for a minimum of 20 people
- Extra guests, $210 per adult and children 4-11 years, $55 (using children's wedding menu)
- Reception charges may include an extra per-person charge for non-hotel guests plus gratuity.
- It is required that fifty percent of wedding guests must be staying at The Buccaneer at a minimum of 30 room-nights. (for example, ten rooms staying for three nights.)
