With stunning views of Christiansted, this enclosed, air-conditioned room is a favorite for meetings and award banquets. Located in the Great House, its capacity is 90 theatre-style and 80 for banquets. The adjacent Brass Parrot Balcony seats 70 for banquets and doubles as a break-out area.

Located near the Grotto Beach, this meeting space offers space for up to 70 persons. 

Cotton House Conference Room with podium
The Cotton House

One of the original buildings of the property, this meeting space can accommodate groups of 16 or a private dinner.

290 square feet
Located in the Shopping Arcade, this newly renovated meeting room can seat up to 15 persons.

A favorite for welcome cocktails and casual incentive trip dinners, this covered and open-air beachfront area can accommodate 125 guests.

Open Site
The site for The Buccaneer's weekly Manager's Cocktail party, this historic structure is a unique location for corporate groups and family reunions of up to 100. The inside of the Mill can accommodate 12 for a special dining experience. Adjacent to the Great House, its spacious lawn offers sweeping views of the sea.
