"This resort is tucked away on the island of St. Croix and an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC place for a destination wedding. Any couple considering a tropical destination should speak with Carolyn at The Buccaneer. She was our wedding planner for our June,2009 wedding with 20+ guests and I can say without hesitation that she made my dream wedding possible. Every small detail was taken care of and all the planning was done via e-mail/computer. From a bride's standpoint this wedding was everything I wanted it to be, without any of the drama or disastrous planning to deal with--Carolyn took care of us and our families. I highly highly recommend The Buccaneer and their special events staff."

"My daughter got married at the Buccaneer 2 weeks ago. The hotel and location are absolutely beautiful, and the service is outstanding. The wedding coordinators, Carolyn and Corrine, took care of everything right down to producing towels to get wet sand off of the guests' feet after the (brief) rain shower just before the ceremony on the beach. As mom-of-bride, I got to enjoy everything without having to worry about making sure that it all came together. Destination weddings are the way to go, and the Buccaneer is the perfect place!"
