Treatment suggestions
Drink plenty of clear liquids before and after treatments to keep your body hydrated. Avoid consumption of coffee or alcohol prior to massage. It is recommended that you avoid treatments involving heat and deep pressure if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or recent surgeries.

What to wear
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Your therapist will leave you to disrobe in private in your treatment room and is trained to keep you properly draped during your treatment. Hangers are provided in treatment rooms for your garments. A robe and slippers will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Treatment times selected are reserved especially for you. There is a 50% charge for any appointment changes or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice. All no shows will be charged in full. As a courtesy to other guests following, late arrivals will receive only the remaining available appointment time.
