Meal Plan Options:
Modified American Plan (breakfast and three-course dinner) and Full American Plan (breakfast, two-course lunch and three-course dinner) Adults MAP $60/day; FAP $90/day. Children 4-12 $30 MAP and $45 FAP, using Children's' Meal Plan menus. All guests staying together must be on the same meal plan. Drinks and snacks outside of three meals not included. Some upgrade charges may apply. Gratuity of 18% will be charged.
Minimum stays:
Seven nights during Christmas Holidays (Dec. 24 - Jan.1) and 10 nights for specialty rooms and suites
Four nights during President's Day Weekend (Feb 13 - 16, 2014).
Four nights during the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon (May 2 - 4, 2014)
Cancellation and deposit policies:
December 20 - January 3: A five-night deposit is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to October 1
January 4 - April 15: A three-night deposit is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 21 days prior to arrival
April 16 - December 19: A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival
No passports needed for USVI travel (American citizens).
