The Brass Parrot
With stunning views of Christiansted, this enclosed, air-conditioned room is a favorite for meetings and awards banquets. Located in the Great House, its capacity is 90 theatre style
and 80 for banquets.
The adjacent Brass Parrot Balcony seats 70 for banquets and doubles as a break-out area.
The Beach Meeting
Room
Adjacent to Deluxe Oceanfront rooms near Grotto Beach, this room is perfect for small conferences up to 40, and equipped with screen, TV and video.
The Mermaid
A favorite for welcome cocktails and casual incentive trip dinners, this covered
and open-air beachfront area can accommodate 125 guests.
The Sugar Mill
The site for The Buccaneer’s weekly Manager’s Cocktail party, this historic structure is a unique location for corporate groups and family reunions of up to 100. The inside of the Mill can accommodate 12 for a special dining experience. Adjacent to the Great House, its spacious lawn offers sweeping views of the sea.
