Meal Plan Options

Modified American Plan (breakfast and three-course dinner) and Full American Plan (breakfast, two-course lunch and three-course dinner) Adults MAP $60/day; FAP $90/day. Children 4-12 $30 MAP and $45 FAP, using Childrens' Meal Plan menus. All guests staying together must be on the same meal plan. Drinks and snacks outside of three meals not included. Some upgrade charges may apply. Gratuity of 18% will be charged.

The Terrace

Located in the Great House, The Terrace offers covered, open-air dining with views of the manicured fairways, Caribbean Sea and Christiansted Harbor. A complimentary full breakfast is served to resort guests. Dinner selections feature classical cuisine with Caribbean accents.

The Buccaneer's Executive Chef Gary Klindfelter is the only Certified Executive Chef in St Croix and one of only five in the entire Virgin Islands.

The Martel Lounge (The Terrace Bar)

A favorite gathering place for cocktails and conversation after-hours. A light-fare selection is available.

The Mermaid

The Mermaid is located beach side, with an extensive lunch menu of savory soups, fresh jumbo salads, grilled burgers, fresh fish, chicken, hot dogs, wraps, sandwiches and daily specials. Decadent deserts. There is also a full bar. Open seasonally for dinner.

The Buccaneer offers frozen island favorites and vintage cocktails.

Offers lunches including hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers, served beach side at the Grotto Beach and pool.

Sugar Mill

Long a popular site for weddings, and the site of a romantic one-on-one dinner on "The Bachelor," our landmark Sugar Mill is available exclusively for private dinners, whether for a romantic two-some, VIP event or a family dinner. At once dramatic and cozy, the Sugar Mill's ancient limestone and slate walls encircle while letting in the twinkling night sky above. Custom Sugar Mill menus are created especially for your pleasure.

The Brass Parrot

Located in the Great House, the air-conditioned Brass Parrot has panoramic views of the sparkling lights of Christiansted. Ideal for special events, meetings or receptions, it can seat up to 80 indoors and 70 on the balcony.

Breakfast at The Terrace, lunch at The Mermaid, and The Terrace Bar: Casual clothing, with covered bathing suits, shirts and footwear as minimum requirements.

The Grotto for lunch: Bathing suits and bare feet acceptable.

The Terrace Restaurant for dinner: Collared shirts and knee-length shorts for gentlemen and boys, casual chic for ladies and girls.
