The Buccaneer is proud to announce the merging of two St. Croix icons as we welcome Dave Kendrick as the new Executive Chef for Kendrick's at The Buccaneer. Formerly Executive Chef / Owner of Kendrick's Restaurant in downtown Christiansted, Dave is well-known for his classical cuisine with French and Caribbean influence.

Located in the Great House, the air-conditioned Brass Parrot has panoramic views of the sparkling lights of Christiansted. Ideal for special events, meetings or receptions, it can seat up to 80 indoors and 70 on the balcony.
